4. Preliminary Interview and Suitability Test: You'll undergo a preliminary interview with the Business Development Team.  If successful, you'll be asked to take a franchise suitability test to assess your business acumen. 
5. Site Evaluation: If you pass the suitability test, BINALOT will inspect the proposed location.  The location will be evaluated based on factors like visibility, traffic, and accessibility.  You may also be presented with a list of pre-selected locations. 
6. Reservation Fee (if location is approved): If the location passes evaluation, you'll need to pay a non-refundable reservation fee.  The fee is P20,000 for Metro Manila and P40,000 for provincial areas.  This reservation fee is valid for 30 days. 
7. Feasibility Study (if applicable): If you've chosen a specific location, you'll need to conduct a market study to demonstrate the viability of the site.  BINALOT will provide the required format and guidance for the feasibility study. 
8. Final Approval and Franchise Agreement: If the feasibility study is successful, BINALOT will offer you a franchise agreement.  This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the franchise partnership. 
9. Franchise Fee and Setup: You'll need to pay the franchise fee as outlined in the agreement.  BINALOT will assist with setting up your franchise, including store design, equipment, and supplies.
