Information
- Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) and Location Map of Proposed Site with Floor Plan to initiate the franchise application process * The preferred site will be evaluated and validated within three weeks, followed by a screening process with Tokyo Tokyo Franchising Department
- The total investment includes a franchise fee of Php 1,200,000, royalty fee of 5%, and advertising fee of 5% of gross sales, with a total store construction and equipment cost of around Php 10 Million
- The franchise term is for 7-10 years, with a required store area of at least 160 sqm
- The application form can be downloaded from Tokyo Tokyo's website and emailed to franchising@tokyotokyo.ph
